Do you allow Children?

No, our venues are all over 18's only. As a licensing condition our venues operate 'challenge 25' and will ask for ID if you look under 25 years of age.

Is your Windsor venue accessible?

No, our Windsor venue is situated on the first floor with only stairs for access.

Is your Winchester venue accessible?

Yes but limited area, please contact [email protected] to book so our staff can organise your visit and check availability.

Can I book for a large group in Windsor?

Windsor has a maximum booking of 6 people online via our website, anything larger will need to be booked in manually via email [email protected] we can only accommodate larger bookings if we have availability at quieter times and very rarely on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Can I book for a large group in Winchester?

Winchester has a maximum booking of 8 people online via our website, anything larger will need to be booked in manually via email [email protected] we can only accommodate larger bookings if we have availability at quieter times and very rarely on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Can I just walk-in or do I need to book?

We will always allow 'walk-ins' if we have availability but would always recommend booking to avoid disappointment, especially at weekends.

How much deposit do you take?

Nothing at the time of booking, we pre-authorise a card. this would only be charged in the event of a 'no show' at £10pp
